Sound and Vibrational Bonus Session

Service Description

This will be a semi-private, small group session where we will guide you through a grounding meditation and apply sound and vibrational techniques to create soothing sounds and gentle vibrations that relax your body and mind. You will experience the effect of Himalayan bowls, drums, chimes and other instruments on your body allowing your energy to shift towards rest and recovery. This bonus session is led by Deb Bolles who is one of our RYT500 yoga teachers, a Warriors at Ease Teacher, a certified Sound and Vibrational Therapy Practitioner as well as a Reiki Master.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule, log in to your account and cancel your attendance before class begins. A session credit will remain on your account to schedule for the next session you plan on attending.
