Full Moon Beach Yoga & Sound Bath

Service Description

Full Moons provide us the perfect time to purge and release. Join us on the North End of Honeymoon Island March 24th for a grounding yoga sequence to let go of old attachments. It’s your time to restore and rebalance while being bathed with a crystal bowl sound bath. Are you ready to share in a circle of support, shedding the past and clearing your container? Closing the evening with metta meditation we will free ourselves of the past to allow healthy, new opportunities to emerge. The March “worm moon” is named for the emergence of earthworms as the ground thaws, symbolizing renewal and growth. Bring your beach yoga blanket or beach towel to practice on the sand and celebrate the arrival of spring. $30 (does not include park entrance fee)=$4 vehicle(1 person). $8 vehicle(2-8 people) or annual pass. Meet near the rocks on the beach=North End After entering the park continue past Caledesi Ferry; Pet Beach; Nature Center; Main beach. Go Straight after the stop sign past Oasis Beach; picnic area/nature trail to the NORTH Parking Lot. Once on the sand go right and look for the group near the rocks.
